2. What are your hours of operation?

Classes are held 5 days a week, including evenings. If you need to contact an Advisor, the office hours for KWN Real Estate Business School is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

3. Do you offer evening classes?

Yes, we offer a selection of evening courses, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Visit the Course tab at https://kwnrealestatebusinesschool.com/courses for a list of available courses.

4. Do you offer self-paced courses?

Our self-paced courses are our OnDemand classes. We offer a variety, including Qualifying Education.

5. How far in advance do I need to register for a class?

For pre-licensing and SAE classes, students must register at least 2 days prior to class start to be admitted. For Continuing Education (CE) and other courses, students may register up until the day and time of the class, pending availability.

6. What happens if I have to miss a class?

Please contact KWN Real Estate Business School’s staff, and we will work with you to find a solution.

7. What are my payment options?

KWN accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Full payment is required before you are admitted to class.

9. How do I reschedule dates for a class I signed up for?

Please contact KWN Real Estate Business School’s staff, and we will work with you to reschedule.

10. Do you ever cancel your classes?

For pre-licensing courses, a full refund will be applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled prior to 2 business days before a course. A refund, less a $30 service fee, will be applied within two business days of a course. Students withdrawing from a course after class begins will receive a partial refund of 50% of the tuition. Requests for refunds must be made within one business day of cancellation.
For regular CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or rescheduled prior to two business days before the class. A refund, less a $10 service fee, will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the class. There are no refunds for same-day cancellations (day of class) or for partial attendance.
For Designation and Certification courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or rescheduled prior to two business days before the class. A refund, less a $50 service fee, will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the class. There are no refunds for same-day cancellations (day of class) or for partial attendance.
Any course/class may be canceled at the discretion of the KWN Real Estate Business School Director. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrant’s discretion.

11. Is your school approved?

Absolutely! KWN Real Estate Business School is a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) approved education provider.

12. If I am licensed in another state, does my license transfer to Texas?

To hold a Texas real estate license, you must be licensed in the state of Texas and meet Texas licensing requirements. If you are interested in obtaining a license in Texas, please contact us at 346-636- 0599 for more information.

13. What is the difference between Qualifying Education (prelicensing), Sales Apprentice Education (SAE), and Continuing Education (CE) courses?

Pre-Licensing courses are required to obtain your Texas real estate license. There are a total of six classes you need to complete to qualify to take the real estate licensing exam.
SAE (Sales Agent Apprentice Education) is required within the first two years of obtaining your Texas real estate license.
CE (Continuing Education) courses are required to maintain your license or work toward a broker’s license. Agents are required to take a total of 18 CE credit hours every two years.
